Data governance

Every app, automation and analysis on OYO AI reads and writes against a single governed data model. Access rules, permissions and review gates are defined centrally and inherited automatically, so data access stays consistent and controlled across the platform.

Access control

Role-based permissions determine who can see and change what. Administrative functions are separated from everyday use, and sensitive actions are gated and logged.

Auditability

Changes across the platform are versioned and logged, providing a full audit trail for compliance and review. This makes it straightforward to understand who did what, and when.

Privacy by design

We collect only the data needed to deliver the Service, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. Analytics on this website use IP anonymization, and form submissions are protected against automated abuse.
