Master Subscription Agreement

The OYO AI Master Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your organization's subscription to and use of OYO AI's software-as-a-service products. It sets out the commercial and legal terms between OYO AI and each customer. The summary below is provided for convenience; the executed Agreement is the controlling document.

Subscriptions

OYO AI grants each customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed products during the subscription term, subject to the Agreement and any order form.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of the data they submit to the products. OYO AI processes that data only to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with the Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as permitted under the Agreement.

Term and termination

Subscriptions run for the term stated in the applicable order form and may be renewed or terminated as described in the Agreement. Upon termination, access to the products ceases and data is handled according to the Agreement's data-retention terms.
